Scope of Work - This consultancy service involved the preparation of a Detailed Project Report (DPR) to recommend short-term rectification measures at 16 accident-prone locations identified by the District Road Safety Committee, Rohtak, on NH-09, NH-709, and NH-352. The assignment involved site inspections, traffic surveys, accident data analysis, and the identification of engineering, traffic management, and safety improvement measures in line with IRC guidelines. The DPR incorporated detailed drawings, cost estimates, and implementation priorities to enhance road safety and reduce the incidence of accidents. We coordinated with relevant authorities to ensure feasibility, compliance, and effective implementation of the recommended remedial measures.
